How late are you open?

Often, what people are really asking is:

What’s the latest I can bring my dog in?

How fast can you wash your dog?  As long as you can wash (and dry if desired) before my closing time….you’re good to go!

How long does it take?

That’s up to you!  Take as little or as long as you like!  For a large dog with long fur, you may want to plan on one hour for a thorough bath, drying and good brush.

Do you wash the dog?

Do most dogs stay in the tubs?

Yes!  We have special dog grooming loops that go over the head and around the dog’s neck.  These loops are attached to the wall in front of the tubs and do a very good job of keeping the dog in place.

Why doesn’t the shampoo suds up?

Our shampoos are made from natural ingredients that are earth friendly.  Because of this, they suds or lather up very little or not at all depending upon the type you choose.  Your dog is still getting clean and the best part is, you’re taking care of our planet!
